Job Description

Set up, operate, and monitor coil cutting machines (e.g., Littell coil cutting machines) to cut metal coils to specified lengths and widths.Ensure proper alignment and feeding of coils into the machine.Perform scroll and straight cutting die changes efficiently.Ensure dies are installed and calibrated correctly to maintain product specifications.Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance.Report and assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime.Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Graduate of Technical or Mechanical Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience operating coil cutting machines, with specific expertise in Littell coil cutting machines, ensuring efficient and safe operation.Proven ability to perform both scroll and straight cutting die changes, maintaining high precision and minimizing machine downtime.Extensive experience (3+ years) in a metal caps manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of industry standards, raw materials, and production quality control processes., Naukrigulf, Confidential Company
