Manager – Certified Pre-Owned Luxury Watches Are you passionate about luxury timepieces and driven by excellence in customer experience, sales, and strategy? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Manager to lead our New Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Luxury Watch this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for our CPO luxury watch portfolio in the UAE.Core
Responsibilities Buy and sell pre-owned luxury watches.
Build strong network of external traders and sourcing channels.
Acquire watches through various channels including digital leads, social media, personal networks, and industry events.
Conduct market research to determine competitive buy/sell/trade pricing.
Manage and convert leads from digital platforms into successful transactions.
Negotiate deals with traders and clients, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coach and support Sales Advisors to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.
Monitor market trends and share insights with leadership team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define trade-in programs.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the CPO luxury watch business.
Use market analysis and customer insights to shape pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to increase visibility and store traffic.
Analyze and report on sales performance.
Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and inventory records.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoicing, payments, and logistics.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
Oversee after-sales service and ensure compliance with return/repair policies.
Organize client meetings and events to foster loyalty and engagement.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Drive sales to meet and exceed budget targets.
Lead by example on the sales floor and encourage cross-selling of CPO watches.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Oversee stock movement, allocation, and reconciliation.
Ensure timely payments and accurate cost reflection in systems.
Address and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices.
Collaborate with brand operations and retail teams to ensure optimal sales distribution.
Provide ongoing training and development for the team in CPO watch expertise
