Job Description Develop and implement a group-wide internal communications strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Create and manage engaging content across internal platforms including newsletters, CEO bulletins, and digital channels. Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications aligned with business objectives. Advise senior leadership on internal communication strategies and employee engagement. Lead cultural change initiatives and CSR programs in alignment with group strategy. Build strong relationships across departments including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Development. The Successful Applicant UAE National with Family Book Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in organisational/internal communications. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
