Job Description

We are hiring skilled Marine Mechanical Fitters with a solid background in the marine industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the maintenance, fitting, and assembly of marine mechanical systems and equipment such as engines, shafts, propellers, pumps, valves, generators, and hydraulic systems.This role is based in Dubai and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional marine engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Install, fit, and align marine engines, shafts, propellers, pumps, and valves.Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical components on vessels.Overhaul and replace worn or damaged parts on engines and machinery.Work on hydraulic systems and assist in the installation of associated piping and fittings.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.Perform routine inspections and ensure all fittings are in line with safety standards.Collaborate with supervisors and other technical staff in shipyards or onboard vessels. Key Requirements:Minimum 3 years of marine mechanical fitting experience.Proficient in working on engines, shafts, propellers, pumps, valves, generators, and hydraulics.Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform precision fitting tasks.Physically fit and willing to work in shipyards and confined spaces.Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude., Naukrigulf, INTER OCEAN SHIP ENGINEERING SERVICES FZE
