Job Description
Position: Marketing Specialist (Content Creator / Graphic Designer) – DMC / Tourism
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and event signage.
• Develop creative concepts and design for client proposals, presentations, and custom itineraries.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design visually compelling presentations for meetings, events, and campaigns.
Content Creation
• Create and manage original content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling copy that aligns with the company’s tone and engages target audiences.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Manage the creation of visual content (images, videos, reels) for social media channels (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook).
Branding & Identity
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s overall brand strategy, tone, and style.
• Maintain and update the visual assets library and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Marketing Campaign Management
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the DMC’s services.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, and paid advertisements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
