Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing social media content, and ensuring a strong online presence for our brand and projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
• Create and edit short-form video content (property tours, reels, lifestyle videos) for social media.
• Design marketing creatives and posters using Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Develop and manage content calendars for social media and blogs.
• Handle basic SEO tasks to improve online presence and website rankings.
• Manage WordPress website updates (content uploads, project pages).
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for designing creatives.
• Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress.
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Based in Dubai and available for immediate joining (preferred).
