Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Resumecampus in Abu Dhabi and make a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking a skilled Medical Officer to provide high-quality medical care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines
• Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous medical education and professional development activities
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent
Requirements:
• Medical degree from a recognized institution, with a valid license to practice medicine in Abu Dhabi
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Medical Officer or similar role in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment across a range of medical conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and proficiency in using healthcare technology for documentation and communication
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning in the field of medicine
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
