MVT Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.
Your Role: Medical Value Tourism (MVT) Coordinator
You will play a key role in bridging international and local patients with top-tier healthcare providers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain communication with hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare providers
• Lead the
surgical quotation
process: request, evaluate, and manage quotations
• Develop and optimize the
medical tourism
workflow
for inbound patients
• Coordinate with patients and providers to streamline scheduling and service delivery
• Negotiate
surgical costs and packages to ensure competitive value
• Support case tracking, reporting, and provider relationship management
Requirements:
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Proven experience in Medical Tourism
• Strong understanding of the UAE’s healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in healthcare coordination or hospital operations is preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Contract & Benefits:
• Freelance / Service Agreement (3 months, renewable)
• Performance-based
incentive
in addition to agreed service fee
• Flexible working hours with task-based accountability
