Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction contractor specializing in industrial building projects. The company is looking to hire a capable and experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across multiple sites. This is a key role involving end-to-end project oversight, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of MEP works for industrial projects
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and MEP subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
• Review and validate design documents, shop drawings, and method statements
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Track project progress, budgets, and variations related to MEP scope
• Liaise with local authorities for inspections and approvals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE
• Proven track record in managing MEP works on industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority approvals (DCD, DEWA, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• UAE driving license is an advantage
