Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets and market share growth within the automotive sector.Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, partners, and stakeholders across the country to foster collaboration and achieve mutual goals.Oversee the sales budget, manage expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability and return on investment.Implement and monitor sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency across the national sales network.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Possess relevant certifications like Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar.Extensive experience (10+ years) in automotive sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.Demonstrated understanding of the automotive industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels., Naukrigulf, Transguard Group LLC
