Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of complex SMB network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, guaranteeing optimal performance and security.Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures, facilitating efficient troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network architects, security engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of network solutions.Conduct thorough network assessments and capacity planning to identify areas for improvement and future scalability, optimizing network performance and efficiency.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and development within the team.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, minimizing downtime and ensuring network stability.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the network infrastructure and recommending appropriate solutions.Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices, implementing security measures to protect network assets and sensitive data. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in networking principles.Exhibits a strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security protocols, ensuring efficient network operations.Proficient in configuring and managing network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei and Avaya Voice showcasing hands-on experience.Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex network issues effectively.Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality network solutions.Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within a diverse team.Driving License is a PlusSalary Range: Non-Negotiable.Full Package based on Qualifications and Driving License.
