Job Description
As a Neuro Diagnostic & Interventional Radiologist, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions using advanced imaging technologies and interventional procedures. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological issues. Your expertise in using cutting-edge imaging equipment and your ability to perform minimally invasive procedures will be essential in improving patient outcomes. You will be responsible for interpreting complex imaging studies, developing patient-specific treatment plans, and collaborating with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals. This position requires a high level of precision, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities
Perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic neuroimaging studies accurately.
Utilize advanced imaging technologies such as MRI, CT, and angiography for diagnosis.
Conduct interventional procedures, including endovascular therapy, safely and effectively.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all procedures.
Provide consultation and expert advice to referring physicians and healthcare providers.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and outcomes.
Stay abreast of advancements in neuro radiology techniques and technologies.
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary.
Train and mentor junior radiologists and support staff in neuro imaging practices.
Engage in continuous professional development and research activities as required.
Coordinate with radiology technologists to ensure quality control of imaging processes.

Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school is required.
Completion of a radiology residency and fellowship in neuro radiology or related field.
Board certification in radiology and specific certification in neural imaging is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of neuroanatomy and advanced imaging techniques is necessary.
Proficiency in performing and interpreting vascular and interventional procedures.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for diagnosing complex conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with medical staff.
Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in the field.
Experience in research and publication within the field of neuro radiology is desirable.
