Job Description

To provide ongoing support to admin services activities and shoulder all the administrative responsibilities as functionally required by the Manager and the others concerned in the department.Handle outgoing mails, couriers and postage for the departmentsAllocate costs on the basis of the bills received for stationary , consumables, postage etc to the respective departmentsProvide all necessary reception support and assist the Admin Services Coordinator in drafting and processing letters , faxing etc, to liaising on the Coordinator’s behalf with Suppliers and CustomersMaintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database.Manage the schedule of the drivers and allocate responsibilities on basis of the requisitions received from the Admin Department, as applicable.Receive stationary requisitions from the internal departments, issue them, and maintain an ongoing record of the issued stockMonitor the utilization of stationary, consumables etc and order stocks to replenish the optimum levels for the office/ mailroom/pantry, as applicableArrange to distribute incoming mail to relevant departments 2 to 3 years of relevant experienceGraduate in any disciplineComputer LiterateGood Communication and Inter-personal skills, Naukrigulf, AL TAYER GROUP LLC (Ventures division)
