Job Description
Position: Online Female Sales Representative & Partner Outreach (Full Time, Remote – Cairo)
Zambalita Fit seeks a proactive and persuasive female online sales representative to manage all online chats and messages (Wix, Meta, Whats App) and support subscriber growth. You’ll engage leads with empathy, convert inquiries into paid clients, coordinate with marketing and IT team members, and also represent Zambalita Fit at potential partner meetings across Cairo.
Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to chats and leads promptly via Wix Inbox, Meta (FB / IG) Inbox, Whats App Business, and emerging platforms.
• Qualify leads, guide them through Zambalita Fit’s programs (7X, Silver, Platinum), and manage upsells.
• Meet weekly / monthly sales and conversion KPIs (response time, leads converted, revenue generated).
• Liaise with marketing, website, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate information.
• Represent Zambalita Fit in person with potential local partners in Cairo.
• Maintain accurate client data in Google Sheets or CRM as needed.
• Provide feedback on lead trends and client queries to inform campaign optimization.
Job Requirements :
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in online sales, chat support, tele-sales, or inbound customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-flexible environment ( 10 hours / day).
• Ability to meet weekly / monthly targets with structured follow-up and tracking.
• Quick to learn new tools (CRM, chat systems, automation flows).
• Comfortable attending occasional partner meetings in Cairo.
