Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations) in target companies.· Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (white-collar).· Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts.· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Client Management & Retention:· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage key accounts for long-term engagement.· Conduct regular follow-ups and service reviews with existing clients.· Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and quality manpower deployment.Reporting & Strategy:· Track, analyze, and report sales performance.· Forecast sales trends and contribute to quarterly/ annual business planning.Requirements:· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in manpower or staffing services.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· UAE Driving License., Naukrigulf, OKOOL Staffing Recruitment Solutions
