Employment OverviewLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: Abu DhabiIndustry: Banking / Mortgage ProfessionalsFunction: Compliance / Regulatory AffairsSalary: AED 4000 6000 monthlyGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Part-time What You ll Do * Review and clear transaction alerts related to trade-based activities* Log and explain decisions for each alert using internal systems* Research supporting information from trusted internal and external sources* Follow monitoring protocols across jurisdictions and regulatory standards* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases handled* Contribute ideas to improve screening procedures and system performance* Help implement recommendations from compliance reviews and audits* Support internal projects related to compliance system upgrades Ideal Profile * Bachelor s degree in banking, management, finance, or related discipline* At least 1 year of compliance or monitoring experience in the banking sector* Basic understanding of AML/CFT and screening frameworks* Strong communication, documentation, and analysis skills* Ability to work independently and meet daily review targets* Comfortable using monitoring tools and databases Work HoursMonday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:00 GST About the CompanyFirst Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is one of the most established financial institutions in the UAE, with a focus on growth, safety, and global best practices.
