Job Description

TAC is looking for a Procurement Executive / Manager with strong experience in civil, electrical, and steel procurement to support our greenfield industrial project in KEZAD. This is a project-focused role requiring a hands-on professional who understands vendor management, technical specifications, and end-to-end project procurement in the UAE market.End-to-end procurement for civil, structural steel, and electrical packages.Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and negotiate contracts.Source and develop local suppliers and contractors in the UAE market.Ensure timely delivery and coordination with project, engineering, and site teams.Track project procurement milestones and resolve bottlenecks.Coordinate with finance and logistics for payment processing and shipment clearance.Maintain up-to-date records of procurement activity and vendor documentation. 5–10 years of experience in project procurement (civil, steel, electrical).Experience in industrial or EPC project procurement preferred.UAE market knowledge with established supplier/vendor networks.Must currently reside in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Strong negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills.Engineering or supply chain qualification preferred.What We Offer:A chance to work on a strategic greenfield industrial project in the heart of KIZAD, Abu Dhabi.End-to-end ownership and learning across civil, electrical, and steel procurement in a fast-paced project environment.Opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic team driving innovation in specialty alumina manufacturing.Career growth opportunities as the project scales and enters operational phase.Competitive salary, allowances, and benefits as per UAE industry benchmarks.Exposure to global best practices in procurement, project execution, and supply chain., Naukrigulf, The Alumina Industrial Company LLC
