Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Communications Manager to lead brand storytelling, media outreach, and communication strategy for a premium fashion brand based in Dubai. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s visibility, managing media relations, and crafting impactful messaging across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Communications:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and commercial goals.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all external and internal communications.
• Media Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business media in the UAE and GCC.
• Secure high-impact media placements in print, digital, broadcast, and influencer channels.
• Brand Positioning & Storytelling:
• Craft compelling brand narratives, press releases, speeches, Q&As, and editorials.
• Lead brand storytelling across product launches, events, collaborations, and CSR initiatives.
• Event Management:
• Plan and execute media events, fashion shows, influencer activations, and press previews.
• Manage guest lists, press kits, post-event coverage, and reporting.
• Digital & Social PR:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify campaigns through influencer relations and digital PR.
• Oversee brand reputation across online platforms.
• Crisis Communications:
• Act as the brand’s key spokesperson when required.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and tactful responses

Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
• Deep understanding of the GCC media landscape, especially in Dubai.
• Strong existing relationships with regional press and influencers.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven experience in managing high-profile events and influencer collaborations.
• Confident, polished, and well-networked within the fashion/lifestyle scene.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Based in Dubai
• Experience working with or representing premium/luxury fashion brands.
