Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead complex consulting projects, provide strategic guidance to clients, and drive innovation in our service offerings.
Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact consulting projects across various industriesProvide expert advice and innovative solutions to address complex business challengesLead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnershipsConduct in-depth analysis and research to support strategic decision-makingCreate and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior executives and stakeholdersContribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client pitchesStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance our consulting capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsEnsure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of progressive consulting experience, with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong technical background in advising clients across various industriesExpertise in business case development, project appraisal, and strategic planningExceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior consultantsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated project management expertise, including budget management and resource allocationProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive levelAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailStrategic thinking capabilities and the ability to develop innovative solutionsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in consulting methodologiesProficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis techniquesWillingness to travel as required for client engagementsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
