Geosyntec-Consultants-Inc is seeking a Principal – Environmental or Remediation Business Leader to lead our contaminated site assessment and remediation practices in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for a highly experienced individual who wants to be a leader and contribute to innovative projects.
Our client base includes industrial, institutional, and commercial clients. We are an international engineering and consulting firm serving private and public-sector clients to address environmental, natural resources, and civil infrastructure challenges.

Responsibilities include project management, budgeting, schedule adherence, quality control, client satisfaction, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or geology, 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, and expertise in UAE soil, groundwater, and air remediation regulations.
• Manage projects and teams, develop business plans, prepare proposals, and mentor junior staff.
• Develop work plans, evaluate data, and write technical reports on contaminated site assessment and remediation projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or geology (civil, chemical, environmental, or hydrogeology preferred).
• Advanced degree in the same (preferred).
• Professional licensure (preferred)., BeBee AE, Geosyntec Consultants, Inc.
