Employment OverviewJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: Financial ServicesFunction: AnalystSalary: Negotiable (Market estimated range: 15000-18000 monthly)Gender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Contract What You ll Do * Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies* Organize and support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications* Maintain accurate project documentation and action logs* Gather and validate business and technical requirements with internal teams and clients* Analyze client and system data to support impact assessment and solution development* Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate project performance and identify improvements* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, data protection, and financial industry standards* Provide insight into local best practices and client expectations* Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders* Support escalation and resolution of issues through accurate tracking and reporting Ideal Profile * 3-5 years experience as a Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or in delivery support roles, preferably in financial services* Knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance frameworks* Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field* Strong communication skills with stakeholder coordination experience* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint* Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships* Must be based in Abu Dhabi with regular on-site availability, Naukrigulf, Glow Beauty On Demand
