We are urgently seeking a Project Civil Engineer with strong expertise in power transmission projects, especially with Transco/Taqa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, permits handling, and coordination of civil works related to substations and transmission lines. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day civil activities on power transmission project sites Ensure compliance with Transco Taqa standards and regulatory requirements Apply for and clear work permits efficiently from concerned authorities Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and project documentation Ensure HSE compliance on all civil works. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry At least 5 years experience in power transmission projects (Transco preferred) Proven ability to manage permits and inspections Excellent communication and site coordination skills Strong knowledge of civil work in substations and transmission infrastructure, Naukrigulf, Talentmate
