Quantitative Trader (STIRs)
Leading Prop Trading Firm
Fully Remote
Venture Search is working with a leading global prop house, looking for a driven and experienced STIRs Trader to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STIRs or STIR Futures. You will be joining an established, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have an existing strategy with a proven track record and will hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and implement profitable STIRs trading strategies
• Enhance and improve existing trading systems and strategies
• Collaborate with a high-caliber team on strategy integration and generate PnL
• Contribute to building and improving automated trading platforms
• Apply rigorous quantitative research to real-time trading decisions
• Take ownership of key trading system components and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of hands-on STIRs trading experience
• Strong knowledge of STIRs and other rates products
• Solid grasp of market microstructure
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing trading strategies
• Proficiency in Python or similar coding languages
• Excellent judgment under pressure and a collaborative mindset
• Hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field from a top university
• English fluency
