Job Description
Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Public Relations Professional to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for building media relationships, drafting compelling press content, and securing premium editorial placements that elevate our brand and projects in the UAE market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based journalists, editors, and media outlets (print, digital, broadcast)
• Proactively pitch stories, project launches, interviews, and features to key media titles
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and company statements
• Organize and manage media events, press tours, and influencer visits to properties
• Monitor media coverage and track PR effectiveness across campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align PR with strategic goals
• Stay updated with real estate media trends, competitor coverage, and market news
Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of PR experience in the UAE, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors
• Strong relationships with UAE-based journalists, editors, and influencers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Proven track record of securing high-quality editorial placements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Confident, polished, and media-savvy personality
