Job Description

A leading real estate developer is seeking an experienced sales executive to drive revenue growth through strategic leadership and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives, driving property sales and revenue growth.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met across multiple real estate projects.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns generating qualified leads and boosting brand visibility.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to track and improve sales efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with investors, clients, brokers, and partners to enhance market position and promote the brand.
• Oversee client relationship management to ensure a seamless buyer journey from lead to handover.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client engagements to promote the brand and build partnerships.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with expertise in sales funnels and conversion metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Market intelligence with the ability to anticipate trends.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
• High integrity, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.
