Job Description

Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future of our sales division.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (preferably in the UAE)
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 Property Consultants
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced sales environments

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and market share
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to reach performance goals
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on market trends
• Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events

What We Offer
• Basic salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
