About The Role We are expanding our Business Banking coverage by introducing Relationship Managers into our digital-first banking model. This strategic initiative aims to enhance customer engagement through personalized relationship management, tailored for a digitally driven environment. As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering personalized, tech-enabled financial solutions to SME clients across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Acquire and manage a portfolio of SME and business banking clients, focusing on liability growth and deepening relationships. Customer Engagement: Provide tailored banking solutions and proactive service to clients, leveraging digital tools and platforms. Revenue Generation: Drive growth in deposits and cross-sell banking products to meet revenue targets. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with product, operations, and digital teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in SME or Business Banking in the UAE. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing business clients, with a focus on liability growth. Existing portfolio of clients with potential to bring significant deposits. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, agile, and evolving digital ecosystem.
