Job Description
What You ll Be Doing
Identify, prospect, and onboard new SME clients through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach
Understand client needs and offer tailored banking solutions including Working Capital Loans, Unsecured Loans, Merchant POS Lending, Supply Chain Finance, Asset-Backed Loans, and Commercial Loans
Ensure compliance with the Staff Code of Conduct and bank procedures during client onboarding and deal execution
Meet and exceed monthly and annual acquisition, sales, and fee targets
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and lead-tracking systems
Drive new relationship growth and revenue generation
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams for credit processing, documentation, and account activation
Conduct KYC and due diligence check in line with bank policies and regulatory standards
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and SME sector dynamics
Proactively identify opportunities to pitch RAKBANK s value proposition to small and medium businesses
Partner with Credit, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Structure deals that align with both client needs and the bank s risk appetite
What We re Looking For
Deep knowledge of SME lending products and banking solutions
Strong credit assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with banking systems and credit workflow platforms
Solid understanding of credit risk, banking products, and regulatory requirements
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination
What We re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience: Strong background in lending product sales and new client acquisition
Industry Exposure: Exposure to Banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management, or assistant relationship manager or financial services sales, Naukrigulf, Rak Bank
