Job DetailsLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: DubaiIndustry: Banking / Mortgage ProfessionalsFunction: SalesGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Full-time What You ll Do * Manage a customer portfolio of 700 800 primarily non-borrowing clients* Achieve monthly and annual KPIs related to portfolio value, revenue, cross-sell, and product activation* Promote and cross-sell bank products including current accounts, loans, trade finance, FX services, and insurance* Refer and upgrade clients to Sales and Coverage RMs within the segment* Drive market penetration through referrals and new-to-bank client acquisition* Maintain updated records including KYC and due diligence* Handle account conduct, current account excesses, and ensure clean onboarding* Monitor daily performance metrics and maintain accurate sales reports* Maintain high levels of service and transparency with all customer interactions* Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements Ideal Profile * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field* 1 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in client-facing, sales, or customer service roles* Familiarity with retail or commercial banking functions is an advantage* Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred* Understanding of bank products, compliance protocols, and sales governance* Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong market awareness
