Job DetailsLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: Abu DhabiIndustry: Finance / Investment BankingFunction: Finance / Investment BankingGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Full-time Core Duties * Execute and lead repo trading strategies across multiple currencies* Optimize collateral use and develop client financing solutions to generate alpha* Support daily liquidity planning and short-term market positioning* Maintain close coordination with desk heads, senior management, ALM, Sales, and Coverage teams* Provide input for EIBOR rate setting and manage interest rate and basis risk exposures* Ensure compliance with market regulations and internal risk frameworks* Contribute to relationship building across counterparties and external institutions* Support business continuity by staying adaptable across ALM and trading desks Candidate Requirements * 5 10 years of experience in global markets, specifically in repo trading and liquidity management* Solid expertise in FX markets, interest rates, collateral optimization, and risk control* Proven success in driving P&L through trading strategies* Strong regulatory understanding and exposure to capital and liquidity standards* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field* CFA, FRM, or Master s degree preferred, Naukrigulf, First Abu Dhabi Bank
