Job Description

Job Summary

As a Butler, you will be responsible for our Owners and guests, anticipating their preferences and needs daily. You will ensure all requests are noted and communicated to the rest of the team, ensuring all colleagues can carry out personalised service. Anticipate guest needs throughout the day and perform food and beverage service as required. Assist the guest with their belongings and luggage. Ensure guest preferred newspapers and magazines are prepared timely daily. Attend to all departure services required, transportation schedule, flight confirmation, next destination assistance. The right candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and willingness to learn various areas of resort operations.
About you

High school diploma or relevant qualification is a plus. Certification in Safety Management or Food Safety is a plus. Must have at least two years of experience in hospitality, customer service or related field. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under stressful work conditions. Must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment., Edarabia, Atlantis Dubai
