Join us as a Retail Web & Media Officer and play a critical role in shaping our onboard retail experience. In this creative yet operational role, you ll support the development and upkeep of EmiratesRED s digital platforms and content. From maintaining accurate e-commerce inventory to producing visually engaging promotional graphics and campaign banners, you will ensure our online and in-flight customer touchpoints reflect Emirates’ high standards and strong brand identity. This fast-paced role blends e-commerce coordination with digital media creation, making it ideal for a versatile and detail-oriented design professional with a strong eye for layout and visual storytelling, and who enjoys working across multiple platforms to elevate the user experience. In This Role You Will Manage Website Inventory & Data Accuracy: Monitor product availability and stock levels across EmiratesRED’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate, real-time updates to avoid shortages. Collaborate with analytics teams to assess sales performance, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness. Update Website Content & Promotions: Use CMS platforms such as Magento to upload products, schedule offers and maintain brand visuals. Regularly update digital content for new launches and time-sensitive promotions in line with campaign calendars. Design Visual Assets & Banners: Create visually appealing banners, promotional graphics, website visuals, and short-form videos using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other design software. Ensure all content aligns with CCMB brand guidelines and maintains consistency across digital platforms and touchpoints. Coordinate Magazine & Digital Media: Prepare and manage high-resolution visual assets for both print and digital formats, maintaining a well-organized asset library. Ensure designs align with campaign objectives and elevate the EmiratesRED brand experience. Enhance UI/UX Experience: Collaborate with internal teams and Omnevo to improve the digital customer journey. Assist with interface design and suggest creative UX improvements for a more intuitive and engaging shopping experience. Support Web Testing & Feature Rollouts: Participate in testing of new web functionalities (e.g., flight login, real-time updates). Track performance and report bugs or design inconsistencies using tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar. Liaise with Brands & Vendors: Act as a creative coordinator for brand partners, collecting and validating promotional materials, approved imagery, and product visuals in line with Emirates’ branding and technical requirements. Qualification To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: A Levels or equivalent; further study in graphic design, media, or marketing is an advantage 2+ years in graphic design, digital media, or marketing communications Previous experience in e-commerce or CMS operations is preferred You ll Have An Edge If You Have Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Rush) and familiar with CMS platforms (Magento, Omnevo, Shopify, WIX etc.) Understanding of digital workflows and asset management Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and branding consistency Familiarity with UI/UX design and website layout principles Comfortable with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools, Naukrigulf, Emirates
