It s a unique opportunity to work on challenging engineering problems while contributing to the future of AI. What You ll Do * Analyze and triage GitHub issues from trending open-source repositories.* Configure and manage development environments with Docker and CI/CD workflows.* Assess code quality, review unit test coverage, and validate functionality.* Modify and run real-world projects to benchmark and evaluate LLM behavior.* Collaborate with researchers on repository selection and AI model evaluation processes.* Optionally lead and mentor junior engineers contributing to project tasks. Ideal Profile * 3 4+ years of practical Rust programming experience.* Strong understanding of Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines.* Proven ability to work with complex open-source projects and debug efficiently.* Familiarity with GitHub workflows, issue triaging, and large-scale repository handling.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
