Job DetailsLocation: United Arab EmiratesLocation: DubaiIndustry: Logistics / Supply ChainFunction: Safety / Occupational HealthGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyCandidate Preferred Location: AnyJob Type: Full-time Core Duties * Supervise and coordinate all health and safety activities within the facility* Conduct daily safety rounds to identify hazards and implement corrective actions* Ensure workers wear proper PPE and follow safe practices* Maintain and update health and safety checklists and reports* Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure exit doors and procedures are in place* Manage incident and accident reporting with proper documentation* Oversee first aid kits, provide immediate assistance when needed, and arrange replenishments* Conduct safety inductions and periodic HSE training for staff* Monitor high-risk activities, waste management systems, and workplace hygiene* Collaborate with supervisors and management to uphold discipline and safety standards Candidate Requirements * Bachelor s degree with NEBOSH/IOSH certification* 2 4 years of relevant experience in safety management* Strong observation skills for risk identification and hazard analysis* Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills* Proficiency in MS Office for safety reporting and documentation* Physically fit, proactive, and self-disciplined with commitment to continuous improvement Life at Emirates Logistics * Competitive monthly salary with allowances* Medical insurance coverage* Annual leave entitlement* Company transportation provided* Air ticket to home country every 2 years, Naukrigulf, Emirates Logistics
