Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Coordinator to manage the sales of advertorial placements on our website and oversee administrative coordination within internal teams and external government departments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to manage workflows and documentation efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:Sell advertorial placements and sponsored content opportunities on the company’s digital platforms.Identify potential clients and develop tailored proposals based on client needs and content strategies.Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective advertisers.Manage sales pipelines and report on revenue targets regularly.Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsored content.Negotiate pricing, placement timelines, and service terms with clients. Administrative & Coordination Duties:Liaise with internal departments (content, production, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of editorial placements.Coordinate with external stakeholders, including Dubai government offices, for approvals, permits, or documentation as required.Schedule and organize internal meetings, updates, and progress tracking across teams.Maintain detailed records of client communications, contracts, and project statuses.Support reporting, invoicing, and document submission processes with accuracy and timeliness.Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and internal policies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.Minimum 6 months of experience in digital media sales in PR agency or done internship in PR agencies or sold guest posts and advertorial placemnets.Strong understanding of advertorial placements, content marketing, or media publishing.Familiarity with government procedures and administrative workflows in Dubai is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.Fluent in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools.Key Competencies:Customer-focused with a persuasive and consultative sales approachAbility to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environmentHigh attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and government representatives, Naukrigulf, GBAF Media Publications LLC FZ
