The role holder is responsible for achieving sales objectives and building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:
• Follow all steps of the sales process, including prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure, delivery, and post-sale follow-up to attract new and retain current customers.
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
• Schedule customer follow-up, delivery, and new customer acquisition efficiently, utilizing strong time management and organizational skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and provide a personalized sales experience to build loyalty.
• Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised.
• Report daily activities to the Sales Manager and provide market condition and competitor activity updates.
• Review reservation status and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, focusing on lost sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profit within company policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service and monitoring performance via online portals.
• Maintain showroom visual identity as per manufacturer guidelines and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Keep product and competitive knowledge up to date.
• Promote finance and insurance products, assessing customer qualifications for suitability.
• Complete all documentation required for sales.
• Pursue uncompleted sales to meet KPI targets.
• Participate in sales promotions, vehicle launches, and campaigns.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct, attitude, attendance, and appearance.

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in Arabic.
