Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising / Media

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Salary: AED 10,000 + Commission (based on performance)

About the Company:

A Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in branding, performance marketing, content creation, web design, and social media management. The company works with clients across multiple industries in the UAE, offering end-to-end digital solutions to support their marketing and growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and qualify leads from Dubai and the UAE via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and CRM
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
• Present suitable digital marketing services to clients
• Prepare and send customized proposals, quotations, and service decks
• Convert leads into retainer or project-based clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity in CRM
• Share regular reports with the management team
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and project delivery
• Stay informed on UAE market trends and client expectations

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or creative services
• Understanding of services like SEO, social media marketing, branding, and performance campaigns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience handling UAE-based clients is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
