Job Description

Developing new business opportunities and managing global accounts are key responsibilities of the sales executive role. They must ensure all revenue and commercial targets are achieved.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the sales pipeline for prospective clients to facilitate accurate forecasting.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with B2B Service Partners and B2C customers to identify requirements and provide competitive offerings.
• Establish strong relationships with channel partners and prospects through systematic account management.
• Ensure set sales targets are achieved on time and provide management feedback on opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Contribute to advertising and promotional content development.
• Analyze market needs and develop account strategies.
• Propose new products to clients based on thorough data analysis.
• Increase account revenue and identify fresh business opportunities within given budget constraints.
• Support Sales fulfillment teams and follow through on sales delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify new customers and channel distribution partners through business development activities.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Technology, IT, Telecom, or similar technical B2B or B2C sales roles in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Technology, or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Mandatory), with knowledge of French being an added advantage.
• Strong project and deadline management skills.
• Exposure to telecom/IT industry and technical sales is mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering sales revenue in the IT/Telecom sector.
• Candidates in the UAE with a driving license will be preferred.
