Job Description
Development and implementation of UAE market go-to strategy to attract, find and close new opportunities for Infrastructure Solutions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans for infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and by leveraging industry connections.Conduct in-depth needs assessments for clients, translating their requirements into tailored infrastructure solutions that drive results.Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and exceed client expectations.Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty and identifying upsell opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of infrastructure solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic forecasting.Engage in contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.Responsibilities:1. Primary Role – New Business Development • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets. • To create an effective pipeline and demonstrate sales ability by meeting the target as a set. 2. Secondary Role – Account Management • To manage existing account relationships. • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.Duties:• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.• Identifying new opportunities by analysing potential customers in different market segments. • Creating/following go to market strategies in line with company policy and plan.• Focusing on market segments in line with company strategy.• Generating leads for proactive selling approach.• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.• Representing KIT at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.• Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations Qualification: Recommended – Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer/Sales & Business Development Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in infrastructure solutions or related technology sectors.Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably within a technology or infrastructure-focused organization.Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in additional languages like Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous.Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of infrastructure technologies, including cloud, networking, and storage.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events, showcasing flexibility and commitment.Office Skills• Excellent soft skills • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude.• Passion, dedication, and focus.• A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.• Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.• Articulate and confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner.• Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.• Attention to detail.• Persuasive and influential verbal communication skills.• A strong team spirit.• Business awareness.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products (CRM, PPT, Word, Excel).Experience • Knowledge of latest IT trends—infrastructure solutions (Se (Servers, Networking, Storage, IT Security, etc.)• Active B2B sales process awareness.• Adaptability to change management., Naukrigulf, KEY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (L.L.C.)
