We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join HI SEVEN / BITSKY in Dubai. You will hunt for new business across Dubai and the GCC, selling our integrated marketing campaigns, custom software builds, and Web3/NFT solutions. From first cold call to final invoice, you own the entire sales cycle and are rewarded with uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, qualify and close B2B & B2C deals through cold-calling, social selling, events and networking.
• Present our three service lines—marketing strategy, bespoke software, and Web3/tokenomics—to C-level, marketing heads and tech founders.
• Build tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure on-time payment.
• Hit monthly targets: ≥ AED 80 k revenue OR 3 new signed clients.
• Hand off clear briefs to delivery teams and stay engaged to guarantee project success and upsell opportunities.
Skills
Desired Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of sales / BD experience in Dubai or the wider GCC market.
• Fluency in English; conversational Arabic is a plus.
• Proven track record using LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord and Telegram for lead generation.
• Existing network or client base in marketing, software or blockchain ecosystems strongly preferred.
