Job Description

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their kitchen design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints, providing expert guidance on modular kitchen solutions.Develop and present customized modular kitchen designs using design software, ensuring accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to technical specifications.Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts, clearly outlining product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and project timelines, negotiating effectively to close sales.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final installation, including order processing, coordination with the design and installation teams, and proactive customer communication.Stay updated on the latest modular kitchen trends, materials, and technologies, continuously expanding product knowledge to offer innovative solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects, proactively following up on leads and inquiries to nurture sales opportunities.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting modular kitchen products and services, and actively pursuing new business.Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Conduct site visits to assess kitchen spaces, take accurate measurements, and ensure design feasibility, identifying potential challenges and offering solutions.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to drive sales and brand awareness. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of design principles.Holds relevant certifications in kitchen design or sales, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry expertise.Demonstrates 3+ years of proven experience in modular kitchen sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Exhibits a deep understanding of the modular kitchen industry, including product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.Fluent in English and preferably Hindi and Arabic, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar, for creating and presenting modular kitchen designs.Possesses exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close deals effectively., Naukrigulf, ABC Interiors
