Job Description
As a Sales Trader at QCP Group, you will be at the forefront of digital asset markets. We empower clients to seamlessly integrate digital assets into their portfolios.

Responsibilities:
• Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their trading needs and providing guidance on our product offerings
• Create structured products based on client feedback and interactions
• * Manage day-to-day administrative issues and liaise with trading operations
• Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems and analytics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management protocols
• Improve trading processes and client service
• Candidates will work shifts, including supporting different time zones and weekends
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years direct experience in global markets trading, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Trader or similar role within a financial services environment is preferred
• Strong awareness of risks and ability to handle large trading volumes
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and independent worker with good analytical skills
• Excellent team-work, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
