Job Description

SENIOR CHIEF ESTIMATOR Bachelor s degree in engineering or QS Excellent English Communication Skills. Minimum of 15 years in facade estimation, QS, project costing and/or design. In-depth knowledge of fa ade systems and cost estimation. Review project specifications relevant to the scope and its technical nature Analize and interpret project specifications and drawings for high-value bids. Manage and lead the pricing of large and complex fa ade projects, ensuring accurate cost planning, Clarify any ambiguity in tender documents. Must have extensive experience in MS Excel, and knowledge in AutoCAD. Propose value engineering options in terms of material specification and technical details. Measure quantities of each fa ade item from the tender drawings. and Prepare bill of quantities. Prepare detailed cost plan for each scope in relevant to the drawings, specification and other project requirements. Prepare the tender proposal. Communicate and coordinate with concerned department and personnel for the preparations of the proposal. Float inquiries for major materials and services to vendors. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for complex and mega-scale projects. Coordinate with design and procurement for technical compliance and market pricing. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
