Job Description
Meent is assisting a leading sports media rights agency in recruiting an experienced Sales Director on a permanent contract.
The agency specializes in media rights distribution, digital solutions, media production, sponsorship, partnerships, and consultancy.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join the commercial team reporting to the Managing Director and based in Dubai.
Job Description
• Support sales and operations activities related to the media rights portfolio;
• Contribute to acquiring new products and services;
• Provide market intelligence for the evaluation of new media rights properties;
• Analyse market trends and viewing figures to provide compelling arguments for sales negotiations;
• Scout new clients and prospects in selected markets to generate new revenue;
• Manage contract negotiations with clients and suppliers;
• Stay up-to-date with all relevant changes in the region to provide regular market insights and support strategy planning;
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to think creatively and structure innovative deals;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic;
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work with contracts, draft presentations, and reports;
• Sponsorship and advertising sales/acquisition experience advantageous;
Benefits
• Full-time permanent contract;
• Based in Dubai (UAE) preferred – Open for remote work;
• Salary: Dependent on experience €120,000 – €150,000 + Commission;
