We increase customer asset value through the provision of cost effective, customized technical solutions in the drilling and completion fluids, solids control, filtration equipment, and waste management services. Our geographical territory covers the Middle East and Caspian with current operations in the UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, and Yemen.

Designation :- Solid Control Equipment (SCE) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM) Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :-
Provide and supervise the implementation of the service to meet the customer’s requirements. Maintain appropriate records for service activities and Quality Control. Develop, coordinate, and implement site operations development plans. Coordinate relations with the local authorities. Supervise the performance of the manpower to ensure that all subordinates are within an acceptable level of competency to carry out the designated tasks and provide timely feedback. Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; Analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements. Coordinate all daily work. Supervise the distribution of assignments and monitor work accomplished. Investigate customer complaints regarding service activities to ensure that all subordinates act and perform professionally. Assign work to specific areas within the unit, determine the crew size, set objectives, and oversee the final outcome. Review and analyze methods, procedures, and performance. Performing and assisting with the customers’ invoices and tickets Ability to manage any tender technical clarifications Understanding of any contracts and framework agreements, and maximizing the possibility of profitability coming out of these contracts Ability to set up a new PMS system for any equipment as per different OEMs. Performing all required data analysis and cost analysis sheets for his line manager. Managing the workshop’s daily processes and handling the required maintenance programs with the workshop supervisor. Willing to deal with different teams in different countries and travel as needed. Following new technologies in the industry and maintaining an innovative vision are mandatory, and continuous project development is also necessary. Liaise between internal and external customers, respond to requests and inquiries, analyze procedures, time scales, and prepare reports. Use appropriate skills to improve service efficiencies Train employees on task procedures, work standards, and proper safety procedures. Inspect routes and customer areas that require attention and incorporate these works into daily or weekly schedules. Handling problems or complaints in his area of responsibility Respond to customer questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner. Communicate and coordinate regularly with appropriate others at the appropriate levels to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations and activities. Read the HSE Policy and understand their HSE responsibilities. Set a good example for his team by working safely, following the company rules and Procedures Make his team members aware of their responsibilities and the importance of following company rules, Procedures, and Work Instructions Make sure his team members follow the job safety plans and Permit to Work requirements. Support his team to achieve their ‘Tasks and Targets’ Notify, report, and follow up on HSE incidents, near misses, and non-compliances to his seniors. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of service efforts. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control service programs. Review operational records and reports to determine profitability. Resolve customer complaints regarding service. Undertakes any other reasonable work or related task at the request of the Line Manager.

Experience :-
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the same position and 15+ years of experience in the solid control and waste management industry, in a well-reputed organization. Experience in the GCC and MENA region is a must, and the UAE is preferred Experience in landfill and waste facility design. Experience with organic waste processing, waste processing technologies, and energy projects is considered an asset.

Educational Qualification :-
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. Specific knowledge and technical skills, as well as a master’s degree, are preferred.

Abilities, Knowledge and Skills :-
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint Working understanding of Autodesk AutoCAD or Civil 3D is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a highly skilled and diversified project team Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is an advantage. Personal Attributes Multicultural communication skills and team integrity. Plan and prioritize a substantial workload. Analytical capabilities. Sanitation operation. Thorough knowledge of current applicable federal and local laws, rules, and regulations. Substantial knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing, using both technical and non-technical language. Ability to organize, coordinate, and supervise the work of others. Ability to understand and follow oral procedures and instructions. Ability to prepare and present accurate and reliable reports containing findings and recommendations. Ability to classify accidents. General Knowledge of environmental hazards. Strong work ethic built on teamwork. Ability to think strategically. Ability to make effective decisions.
