Position: Senior QA/QC Engineer Mechanical / EPC ProjectsExperience: Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas QA/QC; ADNOC approval preferredCertifications: CSWIP 3.2 certification mandatoryLocation: UAE (preference), with FAT included (Food, Accommodation & Transportation) Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee QA/QC activities for mechanical and EPC projects in the oil & gas sectorDevelop and implement quality assurance programs in compliance with ADNOC standardsConduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure quality standards are metCoordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issuesApprove inspection and test plans, procedures, and reportsFacilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site inspectionsEnsure documentation is complete and compliant with project requirementsSupport project teams during construction, commissioning, and handover phases Requirements: Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC projectsADNOC approval experience is highly preferredCSWIP 3.2 certification is mandatoryStrong knowledge of quality standards and inspection proceduresExperience coordinating FAT activitiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsWillingness to join immediately; residing in the UAE is a plus, Naukrigulf, Probus Engineering and Construction
