Job Description
The role of a Sr Solutions Advisor – Presales Manufacturing involves engaging with customers to understand their complex business challenges, strategic initiatives, and the manufacturing landscape. You will be responsible for effectively aligning our solutions with customers’ business needs, leveraging your deep industry expertise and technical knowledge. Tasked with driving the presales engagement, you will work across multiple departments to develop strategies that maximize our product and service offerings. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and problem-solving skills. Success in this position means successfully collaborating with sales teams to develop compelling solution offerings that address customers’ operational, manufacturing, and business growth objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing technologies, solution architecture, and an aptitude for bridging gaps between customer needs and our solutions.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to assess their specific manufacturing challenges and goals.
Develop and present comprehensive solutions that align with customers’ manufacturing objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive strategy for solution offerings.
Lead workshops and discussions to gather client requirements and determine solution fit.
Research and stay updated on recent trends and technologies in manufacturing.
Participate in the creation of customized demos and prototypes to showcase solutions.
Support sales teams during proposal development with expert guidance and insights.
Address technical inquiries and challenges that arise during the presales phase.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor on manufacturing issues.
Coordinate knowledge transfers to implementation teams post-sale to ensure seamless transitions.
Analyze and evaluate the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
Provide feedback to product development for improvements based on clients’ needs and market demands.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of five years experience in a presales role within the manufacturing sector.
Proven expertise in manufacturing operations, solution architecture, and technology consultancy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex business challenges.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for various audiences and levels.
Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
