Job Description
Job Summary:
• This is a leadership role responsible for managing a retail sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership:
• Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to employees to help them grow professionally and personally.
• Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
• Address employee issues and conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a culture of sales focus, customer service commitment, and team unity to drive business results.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Achieve monthly customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) KPIs/targets by understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Set a high standard for customer service and train staff accordingly to ensure consistency across all interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and requirements in a timely and effective manner.
• Sales And Revenue Generation:
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Implement strategies to drive sales, such as promotions and cross-selling, to increase revenue and market share.
• Inform customers about available services, facilities, and equipment to explore potential demand and upsell opportunities.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels and ordering of products to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage restocking procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Security And Financial Management:
• Implement security measures to prevent theft and shoplifting, such as surveillance systems and secure storage.
• Collaborate with security personnel and enforce security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Supervise and manage all store cash and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Administrative Tasks:
