Job Description

Spearhead the full recruitment lifecycle for Arabic-speaking professionals, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging online platforms, networking, and industry events to attract top-tier Arabic-speaking talent.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions, ensuring a fair and competitive package.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the Arabic-speaking market.Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract Arabic-speaking candidates.Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics, to measure effectiveness. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Holds professional certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting Arabic-speaking talent.Has prior experience working within the finance, or consulting industries is preferred.Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication.Has a preference for candidates with experience in the Middle East or North Africa (MENA) region., Naukrigulf, MBC Management Consultancies
