Job Description

Role Title: Team Leader- Cards & Loans Industry: Banking Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We’re seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a seasoned professional with UAE banking experience, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, selling our banking products, and driving sales performance.Responsibilities:Minimum one year of UAE work experience as a Team Leader in a Direct Sales Agency or a Bank Should have managed a team of minimum 10 members or more Proven consistency in achieving targets Familiar with Direct Sales and Telephone Sales models Available to join maximum within four weeksQualifications:• 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a team in retail banking.• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and services.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work under pressurized conditions.• Must be available in UAE.Benefits: Visa and Medical Insurance, Naukrigulf, B F FINTECH COMMERCIAL BROKERS – L.L.C – S.P.C
